Garden of Discovery Montessori School has open rolling-enrollment (the Georgia Pre-K program is subject to State regulations regarding age and residency eligibility requirements).

Children are evaluated on the basis of readiness for school and potential for success in a Montessori classroom.  It is equally important to determine whether the family's educational philosophy is compatible with that of the Garden of Discovery Montessori School, Inc.

Our admissions process consists of

• a parent tour,
• an observation visit,
• submission of an application form and non-refundable application fee, and
• parent, child, and teacher pre-enrollment meeting

After the Pre-enrollment meeting, the children enrolling into Primary will visit the classroom for half a day.  Children transferring from another Montessori school into the Elementary program will visit for at least a full day.
